Perfect for those who aim to: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for new product features and platform improvements; Orchestrate payments, integrate PSPs, architect gateway flows, maximize success rates, manage deposits and withdrawals, streamline KYC processes, handle reconciliation and settlement, and optimize the end-to-end payment funnel; Translate business needs into clear specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows) for development teams; Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, design, and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely delivery; Conduct in-depth analysis of product metrics and funnels to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for optimization; Conduct and support A/B testing and other validation experiments by defining success metrics and interpreting results; Maintain up-to-date product documentation and ensure knowledge sharing across teams; Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
Experience you’ll need to bring: 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in digital B2C products; Proven track record of writing detailed specifications and managing product backlogs; Managed and optimized end-to-end payment operations, including PSP integrations, payment gateway flows, deposits and withdrawals, KYC and identity verification, reconciliation and settlement, with a strong focus on payment success rates and overall funnel performance; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using BI tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, Excel); Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and statistical significance evaluation; Solid understanding of system architecture concepts (APIs, data flows, integrations, front-end vs.
