EU remote
Product Engineer
About this role
ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-stack, end-to-end ownership role at a seed-stage construction tech company building agentic systems that bring real-time data and autonomous decision-making to some of Europe's largest contractors. You will not be a contributor on someone else's roadmap, you will own problems from first hypothesis all the way to a deployed, working product used by real customers in operationally complex environments.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Design, build, and ship complete autonomous agents that process documents, invoices, and supplier decisions in production environments. - Own the full stack for your initiatives: agent logic, backend, frontend, and ongoing iteration with customers. - Drive product areas such as procurement automation (requisition through posted invoice, fully autonomous) and contract visibility tooling. - Identify opportunities to significantly expand platform value and execute on them with full mandate and support.
- Collaborate directly with customers to validate and refine solutions in the field. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3+ years of engineering experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up, with shipped products you owned end-to-end. - Full proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written. - Strong TypeScript skills in production systems. - Proficiency with NestJS for backend development and React for frontend development.
- Experience designing and building autonomous or semi-autonomous systems. - Demonstrated ability to take a product from zero to production deployment independently. - Comfort navigating ambiguity and a track record of taking serious ownership. - Familiarity with Flutter for mobile, GCP, or Hasura/GraphQL is a plus. - Background in construction, logistics, or other operationally complex industries is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 80,000 to 120,000 EUR annually, plus equity options.
A dedicated development budget, relocation support to Munich, and standard perks are also included. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Germany.
