Product Designer (Growth)

About this role

We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product thinking, interaction design, and hands-on user research to design end-to-end experiences for our global FinTech product. In this role, you will own features from problem framing to release and post-release iteration. Product analysts own quantitative data, and you will own the qualitative side: talking to users, testing solutions, and understanding why people behave the way they do. You will translate these insights into clear, well-crafted solutions across web and mobile, design within the rules of our design system, and deliver measurable results for both the people who use our product and the company.
