As a Product Designer at DKB Code Factory, you will work on onboarding, product application, servicing and self-service flows that help customers complete key banking tasks clearly and efficiently. You will translate customer, business, technical and regulatory requirements into intuitive, accessible and production-ready solutions, working closely with Product, Engineering, Business Analysis, Compliance and Design.
} } ; { your_responsibilities : [ Lead end-to-end design for business account opening and business product application flows, from discovery through production-ready handoff. Create clear flows, prototypes, interaction patterns and design specifications for implementation. Design and validate hypotheses through qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, usability testing, analytics). Validate design decisions through research, usability testing, analytics and stakeholder input.
Contribute to the design system and document patterns, playbooks, and best practices to raise design maturity across locations. Communicate design trade-offs and outcomes effectively to stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Advocate for user needs. Keep the customer at the center of decisions, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints. Monitor post-release metrics, iterate on solutions, and use data to demonstrate measurable product improvements.
] } ; { following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [ 4-6 years’ proven experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer delivering end-to-end product flows, ideally in fintech, banking, or regulated environments. Experiences in designing for multiple plattforms, especially native apps. Strong portfolio with 1–2 case studies showing research, design decisions, and measurable outcomes (preferably onboarding or application flows).
Proficiency in Figma for design, prototypes, and handoff. Experience running user research and translating insights into actionable design changes. Experience designing complex journeys , ideally including onboarding, applications, servicing or self-service flows. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Compliance. Fluent English communication skills ; German is a bonus. Comfortable presenting ideas and influencing diverse stakeholders.
