We are building the world's first and last industrial-grade AI operating system for materials, redefining how global trade works in one of the largest and most essential industries on earth. What You Will Do Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide. Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of €1M+ procurement spend. Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency, aligning with the company's global objectives. Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve operational processes that leverage automation and data. Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures, and adjust strategy accordingly.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Support long-term sourcing plans and risk mitigation strategies. Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns. Who You Are You are experienced in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting, and eager to take on responsibility in a fast-scaling, tech-driven environment. You have strong analytical and negotiation skills, and can clearly articulate complex subjects with confidence and precision.
