You will enable security teams, fraud analysts, investigators, and threat intelligence professionals to uncover, understand, and act on cybercriminal activity using intelligent, automated, and scalable workflows. Reporting to the Director of Product, Enterprise & Investigations, you will own a strategic product portfolio that transforms complex cybercrime data into AI-powered investigative insights and decision-making tools.
This is a highly cross-functional leadership role requiring close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Threat Intelligence, Go-to-Market teams, Customer Success, and Sales. You will balance long-term product vision with customer needs, market opportunities, and business priorities while delivering innovative, AI-driven capabilities that help customers investigate threats faster, reduce manual effort, and make more informed security decisions.
What You'll Do: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SpyCloud's AI-powered Investigations product portfolio. Identify and drive opportunities to embed AI, machine learning, and automation into investigative workflows. Develop a deep understanding of customer investigative workflows, threat intelligence use cases, and evolving cybercrime trends. Translate customer problems, market opportunities, and business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized roadmaps.
Lead product discovery through customer interviews, usability research, competitive analysis, and market validation, with a focus on AI-enabled solutions. Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver intelligent, high-impact capabilities. Define success metrics and leverage product analytics, model performance data, and customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
