📋 Description Lead Employer Brand PR: In partnership with the People team, drive awareness of Twilio as a great Own External CAO Communications: Design and execute a comprehensive external communications Manage Partner and Customer PR: Work closely with Twilio’s Partner and Customer Marketing teams to Lead Social Impact PR: Develop thought leadership content and secure media coverage spotlighting Support Financial Communications: Support Twilio’s quarterly earnings, acquisition, and industry Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Lead PR programs and drive media relations with stakeholders across 🎯 Requirements 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations Exceptional media relations, with demonstrated ability to successfully pitch stories in top-tier Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in high-stakes, fast-moving Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with executive judgment and the ability to capture Strong business acumen and financial communications experience, ideally with a publicly traded Strategic and systematic thinker who can establish high-level narratives and execute them with 🎁 Benefits Competitive pay Generous time off Ample parental and wellness leave Healthcare Retirement savings program 401(k) retirement account
