About The Team The Global KYC and Onboarding squad works to make onboarding into Wise safe, compliant, efficient, and scalable. Within that squad, Wise Platform Verification focuses on verification for Wise Platform partners and their customers. Wise Platform Verification supports customers who access Wise through our partners. The domain spans different partner models, markets and operational routes. Parts of it are still difficult to measure and rely on fragmented or manual processes.

This role will help the team build a reliable view of performance, identify the highest-value problems and establish better ways of working. When these flows are unclear or manual, partners can face delays, customers can hit avoidable friction, operations teams carry unnecessary work, and controls become harder to audit. The team is building a more scalable verification model for Wise Platform: explicit requirements, better control monitoring, clearer operational flows, stronger automation, and partner-ready processes that can grow with Wise Platform.

About The Role We are looking for an Implementation Manager to bring analytical rigour and process discipline to Wise Platform Verification. You will use data to understand how verification works across partners, identify the biggest sources of friction and operational cost, and lead improvements from diagnosis through implementation and measurement. Your mission is to turn complex partner-verification problems into measurable implementation plans, trusted metrics, clear operating models, repeatable rollout playbooks, and automation opportunities.

You will work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Product Compliance, Risk, Partner Due Diligence and Operations teams, regional teams, and partner-facing teams to make sure verification changes launch safely, work operationally, and are measured after release. This is not a coordinator-only role. You will create structure where it does not exist yet: map processes, define KPIs, identify root causes, challenge data quality, build launch scorecards, design operating cadences, and help move manual workflows toward automation.

What you will own Map Wise Platform verification processes end to end, including partner models, control triggers, evidence flows, operational routing, RFIs, exceptions, and recovery paths. Identify process and automation opportunities that reduce manual review, avoidable partner RFIs, misrouting, operational rework, and partner/customer disruption. Define implementation plans for high-priority verification changes, including scope, owners, milestones, risks, launch gates, runbooks, training, adoption, monitoring, and escalation paths.
