Now, we’re looking for a commercially astute and analytically driven Pricing Manager to join our Finance team and help shape the future of our pricing strategy. The Role As Pricing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial success by delivering insightful financial analysis and pricing recommendations. You’ll work closely with our Insurance Solutions and Specialist Finance divisions, supporting deal pricing, developing new pricing models, and leading strategic initiatives that enhance revenue and profitability.
What You’ll Do Partner with Sales and Product teams to price contracts and new products. Lead pricing for large, non-standard transactions. Analyse contract profitability and forecast revenue impacts of pricing changes. Develop and implement pricing strategies and revenue initiatives. Enhance and maintain pricing models, ensuring accuracy and transparency. Support strategic decision-making through ad hoc analysis and presentations.
Contribute to a high-performing finance function. What We’re Looking For Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling experience Commercially minded with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn It would be ideal if you have: Experience in Financial Services and/or a private equity-backed environment Professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ACA) Why Join Us?
