The role We're looking for a Presentation & Customer-facing Assets Designer to join our team to build and help others build strong, clear, and visually cohesive materials.
Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining and evolving the presentation- and customer-facing asset design system: building templates, ensuring consistency and usability. Creating and updating AI-templates and guidelines for the whole team to build out brand-accurate and polished materials as needed. Designing presentations, digital sales materials (one-pagers, multi-page PDFs, and other documents for digital and printed distribution).
Designing diagrams, charts, and infographics — turning complex information into clear visual solutions. Handling other tasks related to the creation of marketing materials. We expect you to have: System-first mindset with proven experience building scalable design systems / component libraries that let the team execute on their own and create strong, on-brand material. Experience creating sales materials for technology or B2B products and packaging complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives.
AI-proficiency: up-to-date knowledge of AI tools and a strong critical eye for results, from a design expert's perspective rather than an average user's Deep proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Ability to articulate and defend design decisions, incorporate feedback, and iterate quickly. Strong layout and composition skills, including typography, grids, and visual hierarchy.
