📋 Description Detailed Estimating: Prepare detailed construction estimates using Buildertrend and other Activity Coordination: Coordinate pre-construction activities including site assessments, material Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers Document Review & Risk Management: Review drawings, contracts, specifications, and bid Scheduling: Assist in building project schedules in Buildertrend to ensure pre-construction Documentation & Records: Maintain clean, accurate, and organized records of bids, proposals 🎯 Requirements Construction Background: Proven experience in construction estimating, project coordination, or Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Buildertrend or similar construction management software.

Document & Scope Mastery: Strong understanding of construction documents, scopes of work Stakeholder Management: Experience working effectively with project managers, subcontractors Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with a track record of managing multiple Ownership Mindset: Takes ownership without needing to be micromanaged.
