About The Role We are looking for a Content Manager PL (Poland) to plan, produce, and optimize high-quality content for our Eastern European markets. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the editorial roadmap , ensuring content aligns with SEO priorities, audience expectations, and business objectives . You will collaborate closely with SEO specialists, Editors, Writers, Product teams, and Business stakeholders to deliver engaging content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions across our digital platforms.
You will also coordinate Content Writers, ensuring quality standards and smooth editorial operations. Key Responsibilities Content Planning & Execution Create, plan and manage content production according to the editorial calendar and SEO priorities . Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify new content opportunities. Create detailed content briefs , including target keywords, structure, and tone of voice.
Ensure all published content aligns with brand guidelines, audience expectations, and business goals . Oversee the full lifecycle of content production, from ideation to publication , ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met. Content Optimization & Performance Regularly update and optimize existing content to improve SEO rankings and user experience . Monitor content performance using analytics tools and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ensure internal linking, metadata, and formatting follow SEO best practices. Work closely with the SEO team to track performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly. Quality Control & Collaboration Collaborate with Writers, Editors, and Designers to ensure consistency and accuracy across all published content. Review drafts to guarantee editorial quality, factual accuracy, and clarity . Support the localization or adaptation of content for different Eastern European markets when needed.
