PMO Manager – Finance Transformation, LATAM

About this role

📋 Description Implement and maintain the PMO governance framework (stage gates, steering committee cadence, RACI) Act as the primary regional point of contact between the Global PMO Manager and LATAM project teams. Build and maintain integrated roadmaps and milestone plans across concurrent finance transformation Track interdependencies between initiatives and flag scheduling conflicts or resource bottlenecks. Own the RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) log for LATAM finance transformation Escalate material risks to the Global PMO Manager and regional finance leadership; drive mitigation 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

5–8 years in PMO, project/program management, or finance transformation roles, ideally within a Experience supporting finance-related transformation programs (for example ERP implementations Experience working across multiple LATAM countries or entities within a matrixed or global Proficiency with PPM/collaboration tools (for example MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Monday.com). Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and analysis.
