Remote
Performance Marketing Manager, Forecasting & Market Intelligence
About this role
Scopely is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager, Forecasting & Market Intelligence, to join our Performance Marketing team in Canada on a remote basis. At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day, whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers developing, publishing, and innovating across the games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.
The Performance Marketing team helps drive sustainable player growth across Scopely’s portfolio. This role will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and market research, supporting active and upcoming Slate titles as they move from early planning through testing, soft launch, and global launch. What You Will Do You will build the analytical foundation behind UA forecasts and growth plans: identifying the right comparable titles, developing market and geo assumptions, maintaining benchmarks, tracking competitive signals, and turning incomplete information into structured first-pass recommendations.
This is a highly analytical role for someone who enjoys working through ambiguity and can challenge, validate, and refine assumptions rather than taking inputs at face value. Develop first-pass performance marketing forecasts and supporting inputs for upcoming Slate titles, including install curves, geo-tier views, channel assumptions, paid and organic assumptions, and launch phasing. Build and maintain relevant comparable game-peer sets based on genre, monetization model, platform, geo mix, audience, launch strategy, creative approach, and expected scale.
Develop and maintain dCPI benchmarks and degradation curves, combining Scopely historical performance, partner benchmarks, competitor data, and external market signals. Support organic forecasting by developing assumptions around baseline organic demand, paid-driven lift, launch/IP halo, virality, and organic-to-paid ratios. Build sensitivity analyses that make the impact of key assumptions clear and help teams understand the range of potential outcomes.
