Performance Creative Strategist (Mid-Level)

ABOUT THE ROLE Join a B2B performance marketing team creating ad campaigns and landing pages for clients. You will turn client positioning and offers into creative work designed to improve measurable campaign results, from the initial concept through finished designs. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop creative strategies and design ads and landing pages using performance data such as click-through rates, cost per lead, and conversion rates.

- Translate B2B positioning and offers into compelling visual designs in Figma. - Take part in strategy meetings and work with clients to refine creative direction. - Plan creative tests by developing hypotheses, designing variants, and evaluating performance. - Manage multiple client projects and deliver high-quality work at pace. - Use campaign feedback to iterate on designs and improve their effectiveness. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Approximately 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, with a portfolio showcasing your own ad creative, landing page, or web design work.

- Experience designing performance ad creatives in Figma or comparable professional design tools. - Experience creating paid social or paid search creatives and evaluating results such as click-through rates, cost per lead, or creative test performance. - Familiarity with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads creative requirements, and an understanding of B2B audiences. - Native-level German skills and the ability to take ownership and deliver independently.

- Agency experience, motion design, video editing, AI tools, copywriting, or Webflow experience is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary range: €45,000 to €65,000. This is a permanent, full-time position with a six-month probation period. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. During the first month, the role is full-time on-site.
