The Role As People & Talent Coordinator | France , you will join a collaborative and high-performing People team supporting one of the world's leading consulting firms.
This is a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure across Talent Acquisition, Resource Management, Learning & Development, HR Operations and strategic People initiatives while working alongside experienced HR professionals and senior business leaders. No two days are the same. You will contribute to attracting top talent, supporting the staffing of consulting teams, coordinating learning initiatives, delivering People processes and helping drive key HR projects that directly support the firm's continued growth.
This role is ideally suited to someone looking to build a long-term career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, international and highly collaborative environment. What You'll Do Talent Acquisition Coordinate recruitment activities across Consulting and Corporate Services. Coordinate internship recruitment, including candidate interviews and follow-up. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring analytics. Support employer branding initiatives and university engagement activities.
Manage recruitment-related invoicing. Resource Management & Staffing Support the preparation of the weekly France Staffing Report. Maintain and update staffing information within Saviom. Coordinate non-billable activities and staffing data. Produce reports and support workforce planning activities. Learning & Development Coordinate logistics for internal learning programmes. Manage registrations, attendance tracking and training records.
