🎯 Requirements 7+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategy, or consulting. At least 2 years of experience operating within an HR team at a company. Proven track record of navigating complexity and driving results with a balance of urgency and Experience working cross-functionally with teams like HR, Finance, Legal, Product, Tech, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas
