About the Role We're looking for an organized, hands-on People & Admin Ops person to be the operational backbone of our People & Culture team.
This is a part-time, fully remote role. It's a role with a lot of moving parts, and it suits someone who likes to stay on top of things and keep things in order. You'll report to our Head of People & Culture and have real ownership over how our day-to-day People operations run. The role is flexible and fully remote, which makes it a great fit for university students, parents returning from parental leave, or anyone who values flexibility.
In this role you will Support the broader People & Culture agenda, from process upkeep to helping deliver People projects. Own our admin and paperwork: drafting and coordinating contracts, keeping documentation clean and up to date, and running the operational side of onboarding so every new hire has what they need. Provide ad-hoc operational and administrative support to the CEO and CFO. Own cultural initiatives: planning and running the programs, rituals, and moments that keep a fully remote team connected.
Manage company merch and swag: sourcing, coordinating, and getting the right items to the right people. Supporting our Prague Office Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work. 'Make the call', expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay. We're looking for someone who Embraces ownership and works independently, you don't need to be told what needs doing next.

What you bring Several years of hands-on experience in People Ops, HR administration, executive support, or a similar operational role.
