About the Opportunity Salsify’s People Experience (PX) Team enables our people to do their best work by cultivating experiences that are flexible, unique, and meaningful for each individual at every stage of their Salsify journey. We are looking for a PX Partner to support our R&D organization. This role will partner closely with leaders to help build high-performing, engaged, and scalable teams during a period of transformation.

This is not a traditional HR support role. We are looking for someone who is deeply curious about the business, understands organizational dynamics, and can operate as a trusted thought partner to leaders navigating change, growth, and complexity. The right person will balance strategic thinking with strong execution, helping leaders solve immediate challenges while also identifying broader organizational patterns, opportunities, and risks.

How You'll Make an Impact: Key partner for leaders on team & people related needs (i.e. performance management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement & employee relations) Build an understanding of the business and the people dynamics in order to be a trusted advisor and support our leader population Providing support to enable leaders to effectively lead through change management Surfacing key themes to Org Development team and bringing input into leader enablement programs Partnering with Org Development on roll out of leader enablement Collaborate across the People Experience team to enhance the experience of all our employees & leaders You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have: Experience in coaching managers on people related solutions 3+ years in a Business Partner or HR Generalist Role Great listening skills and emotional intelligence Ability to uncover root causes and discover underlying issues Activity embraces difficult or uncomfortable conversations Ability to identify opportunities and provide solutions to improve Empathy for people and good situational awareness Desire to collaborate across functions and levels as well as work autonomously An eagerness to learn, innovate, and be scrappy #LI-IA1 #LI-Remote At Salsify, we maintain 3 core principles as part of our Compensation Philosophy : We pay market rates, which are competitive and equitable We pay based on performance and proficiency, not tenure We adjust proactively; when the market moves, we do too The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position.
