Drive organizational initiatives to support business growth and performance from a P&C perspective As a trusted Business Partner and advisor, you will work closely with business leaders and leadership teams, translating business strategy into people priorities and organizational outcomes. You will also handle the daily tasks and operational BP topics. In this role, you will: Coach and challenge leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational culture.
Lead discussions around talent, succession, capability building, and future workforce needs. Enable business leaders to navigate change with confidence and clarity. Use people insights and data to influence decision-making and improve business outcomes. Collaborate across the People & Culture function to ensure a seamless and high-quality employee experience. Drive continuous improvement, simplification, and innovation across people processes and ways of working.
Ensure effective execution and navigation of Vattenfall's People & Culture processes while providing pragmatic business-oriented solutions. Who are you? You are a seasoned People & Culture professional with a strong business mindset and a passion for making organizations successful through people. You combine strategic thinking with pragmatism and know how to build credibility throw-out our organization. You also know how to prioritize and deal with all aspects of P&C business partnering.
You likely bring: Significant experience as a HRBP, People & Culture Business Partner. Proven success supporting senior leaders in complex and changing environments. Experience driving organizational transformation, restructuring, or large-scale change initiatives. Able and use to handle a complex P&C process environment and support with practical solutions Strong coaching and stakeholder management skills. Confidence in challenging established thinking while building strong relationships.
