We're looking for a People Partner to join our D&S team on maternity cover . You'll partner directly with D&S leaders on workforce strategy, organisational design, and talent plans, while shaping people policies and building scalable solutions as we grow. This isn't a typical HR role, it's a chance to influence and problem-solve at the heart of a mission that impacts global security. While this role is initially offered as maternity cover, there may be scope for it to evolve into a permanent position within Metrea.
