📋 Description Serve as the strategic People partner to leaders in Data and Product, and the team expert in EMEA Develop deep knowledge of Zapier's market context, business strategy, and your client group's role Work directly with leaders on organizational design, performance standards, talent reviews, and Advise on complex people challenges with empathy and business context Drive PBP-led people processes (performance reviews, promotions, engagement surveys) Partner with Centers of Excellence for people initiatives 🎯 Requirements 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or PBP Experience with varied client groups; GTM experience is an asset Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments Strong relationship-building and coaching skills Trusted partner for organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, and change management Experience advising on performance, exits, and complex employee matters in multiple EMEA 🎁 Benefits Offers Bonus Offers Equity Remote work
