Your Role at a Glance As our People Assistant , you'll play an important role in keeping our People function running smoothly, working closely with the People & Transformation Director across HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

You'll also work alongside our Talent Acquisition Specialist to help create a seamless journey from candidate to employee, supporting the coordination and administration that sits behind a great onboarding experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the start of their People career who is keen to get involved, learn quickly and build broad, hands-on HR experience. You'll gain exposure to different areas of People in a fast-paced, international business, working with a collaborative team and making a real impact on the employee experience from day one.

Location & Flexibility Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Holborn, London 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the office 2 – 3 days per week
