People Analytics & HR Technology Specialist
About this role
We are looking for a People Analytics & HR Technology Specialist to join our People & Culture team at Group level. This is an individual contributor role focused on strengthening people data, improving HR technology, and turning workforce information into insights that support better business and people decisions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of HR, data, systems and digital transformation. You will help ensure that our HR platforms are reliable, user-friendly and well governed, while developing dashboards, reports and analytical tools that support talent, workforce planning, organisational effectiveness, DEI, rewards and other key people processes.
What you will do Administer, govern and continuously improve HR systems and employee data, ensuring reliable processes and strong data quality. Act as a key point of contact between People & Culture, IT, external vendors and business stakeholders for HR technology initiatives. Lead testing, configuration validation, process documentation and deployment activities related to HR system enhancements and integrations. Design, maintain and improve workforce dashboards, reports and analytical tools.
Translate complex workforce data into actionable insights that support business and people decisions. Develop and monitor key people metrics across workforce planning, turnover, recruitment, performance, learning, DEI, organisational effectiveness and rewards. Define and implement data quality controls and governance practices across HR data sources. Collaborate with regional and local HR teams to improve data accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Identify and implement opportunities to use AI, automation and digital technologies in HR processes. Promote data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the People & Culture function. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field. Around 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, HRIS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Digital Transformation or a related field.
Experience managing or improving HR platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar solutions. Strong experience with reporting and visualisation tools, especially Power BI, as well as advanced Excel. Experience driving data quality, governance and reporting initiatives in a multinational environment. Exposure to AI, automation, workflow optimisation or digital transformation projects.
