As Pega Senior System Architect (x,f,m) , you’ll take on a technical leadership role, guiding a talented team of developers to create innovative low-code applications that transform the way we do business.

You’ll contribute to our technical strategy, working closely with stakeholders to turn ideas into customer-focused, scalable Pega solutions. Lead the development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications. Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential. Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk. Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence. Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration.
