As Pega Lead System Architect (x,f,m) , you’ll take on a key technical leadership role, guiding a talented team of developers to create innovative low-code applications that transform the way we do business.

Lead the design, architecture and development of scalable, high-performance Pega applications. Advocate for best practices and quality to fully leverage Pega’s potential. Identify Pega feasibility limits early in the agile development process to reduce risk. Align with your peer architects on cross-team technical strategies and drive decision-making. Mentor and support other engineers to help them grow their technical skills and confidence.

Foster a positive and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication and collaboration. Or you have the Senior System Architect (SSA) certification, but you think you already perform on an LSA level. Software development : Several years of hands-on experience building and delivering software solutions, including at least 3-4 years of experience in Pega application development. Technical versatility : You have experience working with a diverse set of technologies like application servers, programming languages, web technologies, relational and non-relational databases, and API integration methods.
