Perfect for those who aim to: Handle and process incoming payment-related requests via Intercom; Investigate cases and identify the appropriate payment provider for resolution; Escalate complex or high-risk issues to relevant internal teams; Ensure timely resolution in line with SLAs; Collaborate with Payments, Risk, and Account Management teams to resolve issues efficiently; Contribute to daily operations and continuous improvement of the internal knowledge base.

Experience you’ll need to bring: At least 0.5 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or related position; Competency in Microsoft Office applications; Experience with resolving issues related to the payments industry - will be a plus; A financial or Economics degree - will be a plus.
