Overview of the position: We are a global leader in online travel, and are looking for a payments professional to join our team. The role is for a 6-month period, with the possibility to extend As our Payments Specialist, you will play a key role in our daily payments operations. You will work in a team of 5 finance professionals and report to the Payments Team Manager. Key Responsibilities: File daily statements of our payment service providers Reconcile incoming and outgoing payments in our accounting system Manage the payment requisitions for 3rd-party vendors Perform detailed checks and analyses on 3rd party vendor invoices Process 3rd party vendor invoices in internal booking systems and accounting system Assist with LiveAboard.com’s day-to-day finance operations How to apply: If you are a detail-oriented individual with experience in making the complex simple, we invite you to apply for this opportunity.
