Job Summary: The mission of Patient Access Operations is to facilitate organizational excellence within SmithRx through the delivery of high-impact process improvements, meticulous data and system maintenance, and the flawless execution of operational workflows for our Drug Pathway Engine. As a Patient Access Programs Operations Specialist, you are the engine room of our programs. Your role is defined by tactical excellence and the ability to bridge the gap between strategy and day-to-day delivery.
You will ensure that our Drug Pathway Programs are configured correctly, maintained rigorously, and updated in real-time to support our members and partners. What you will do: Manage the day-to-day processing of Drug Pathway updates, ensuring all operational tasks are completed within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Perform hands-on data entry and system configuration within adjudication, Admin, and CRM platforms.
