Location: Lookers PartsPlus Ipswich Contract: Permanent, full-time Salary: Up to £31,000 basic (depending on experience), plus bonus Working Hours: 45 hours per week (Monday-Friday: 08:00 - 17:00 and alternate Saturdays: 08:00-13:00) Are you a Parts Advisor or Telesales Advisor in search of a new challenge? This is an excellent opportunity for to join our friendly and professional team and be integral to the smooth running of our Ipswich PartsPlus parts department. Working alongside a friendly and hard-working team of parts advisors, you will be able to build relationships and manage our customer’s expectations.

As a Parts Advisor, you will ensure that all customers at trade areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Parts Manager. Responsibilities Assisting the Parts Manager with daily duties Ensuring all items are correctly located and stock rotation is completed efficiently Receiving orders & ensuring returns are up to date Answering call from customers Providing excellent customer care Demonstrating exceptional product knowledge in order to maximise sales Qualifications / Experience You will have previous experience gained in a similar role within the automotive industry.
