Partner Operations Manager

About this role

TL;DR - You'll run the operations behind Lovable's partner business. That covers two motions: our Solution Partner Program, which has grown past 6,000 agencies and consultancies in a matter of months, and our co-sell and marketplace motion with the hyperscalers. You'll keep partners unblocked day to day, build the processes, integrations and agents that let both motions scale without adding headcount, and give leadership a clear read on how the programs are performing against target.

What We’re Looking For - 4-10 years of experience in partner or channel operations or RevOps - Hands-on with systems: you're comfortable administering systems like a CRM, connecting tools to each other, and building agents and automations without waiting for an engineer - Comfortable working with AI agents every day. This is non-negotiable; it's how we work - An excellent written communicator. Much of this job is short, crisp communication with partners, hyperscaler counterparts and internal teams - Detail-oriented, strong at managing your own time, and deeply understand how systems and data flows work.
