Overview We are seeking a pragmatic, solutions-focused Paralegal with experience in commercial agreements, contract management, and legal fundamentals to join the global Legal team of a fast-growing software company. In the first 90 days, the Paralegal will be expected to earn the trust of key stakeholders; take ownership as the primary Paralegal for the EMEA and JAPAC regions; gain familiarity with our software and the marketing technology space; become familiar with our standard agreements, policies, and other documents; and learn our contract approval process, pricing approval matrix, and Salesforce.
This role will combine working remotely from home and, from time to time, in Partnerize’s Newcastle upon Tyne office. Please note that this is not a Training Contract role and may not suit those seeking a formal legal training pathway. What you will do: Support Partnerize’s fast-paced global Sales, Key Accounts and Customer Success teams to help the company grow. This role will primarily support the EMEA and JAPAC regions while working closely with the U.S.-based Paralegal to support the U.S.
