About this role
About the role The Operations Team Member plays a key role in executing daily production and facility tasks, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality standards, and safe maintenance across all printing, finishing, and logistics activities. Key Responsibilities Perform screen and digital printing, inspecting, converting, weeding, plotting, and packing of digitally printed rolls and emblems. Cut HTL sheets using a motion cutter, while assisting with incoming goods inspections and quality control on printing lines.
Support ink mixing or screen exposing operations, and assist the shipping department as needed. Perform regular maintenance tasks and minor technical repairs on the building, grounds, equipment, and installations. Accurately report all maintenance activities to maintain operational safety and reliability. Required: Fluency in Dutch and/or English (spoken and written). Demonstrated technical mindset with strong solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
Skills you need to succeed: Familiarity and comfort working with PMS and RAL color systems. Ability to work cleanly, carefully, maintain an overview, and stay stress-resistant under pressure.
