A qualified candidate must possess the following: Progressive work experience directly related to the duties to be performed. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": One year of specialized experience in the Federal service which includes experience applying a knowledge of regulations, standards, procedures, methods and techniques related to Antiterrorism Program of an Organization, Facility or Installation levels of responsibility.

Have experience and have conducted the Risk Management Process as directed by DoD standard 3. Threat Assessments IAW DoD standard 4 DoDI 2000.16?. One year of specialized experience in the Federal service which includes experience applying a knowledge of regulations, standards, procedures, methods and techniques related to safety and occupational health in an office environment; experience in conducting safety and occupational health inspections; conducting accident investigations in order to prevent reoccurrence; facilitating safety related events; experience in ergonomic standards and best practices.

One year of specialized experience in the Federal service which includes experience applying a knowledge of regulations, standards, procedures, methods and techniques related to Physical Security Programs (PHYSEC), Personnel Security Program (PERSEC) and has had access to and familiar with the Department of War program of record for security clearances (DISS), Information Security Program (INFOSEC) and operations Security Program (OPSEC).

Experience or received training in Emergency Management (EM) and Continuity of Operations (COOP) Certified in the Basic National Incident Management System training; such as Basic Incident Command System (ICS) courses IS-100.c (Introduction to ICS) and IS-200.c (Basic ICS for Initial Response), IS-700.b (Introduction to the National Incident Management System) and IS-800.d (Introduction to the National Response Framework) to provide broader context on how ICS fits into national-level.
