Reporting to the District Manager (or Regional Operations Director), the Operations Manager (OM) is responsible for overseeing portfolios for a specific region to ensure efficiency and effectiveness and execute the strategic vision of the Senior Leadership Team. Operations Managers foster long term relationships by delivering operational excellence to meet client and customer needs.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment. The OM also provides direction and expertise to the region by promoting corporate strategies and best practices aligned with our Vision and Values. WHAT IS THE ROLE? This role holds expansive responsibilities for the performance of multiple contracts across their district.
