### **What This Role Really Is** This is not a “keep things running” operations role. We’re looking for someone who can **build, fix, and scale** the operational backbone of Afina. Someone who sees inefficiencies and attacks them. Someone who negotiates harder, moves faster, and takes full ownership of outcomes. Afina is growing fast across our own website and Amazon. Behind that growth is a complex system of suppliers, freight, inventory, and 3PL execution — and that’s where you come in.
