OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT ANALYST

About this role

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: -Experience managing Navy Fleet Maritime Operations Center (MOC) training and certification cycles. This includes applying Fleet training programs and MOC standardization practices.

-Experience designing training for position-specific watchstanders and cross-functional teams (CFTs). This includes developing collective training aligned with joint standards. -Experience coordinating operations across Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Fleets, and tactical task forces. This includes integrating joint functions to support operational-level interoperability. -Experience serving as an Observer/Trainer (O/T) for operational exercises and staff assessments.

This includes leading assist visits and readiness observation teams. -Experience preparing executive-level assessment reports and briefing senior military leaders (Flag/General Officers). This includes leading Facilitated After-Action Reviews (FAARs) and writing certification reports.
