(we'd love to know what this means to you) What we need Attend and prepare for meetings, circulate the actionable items from these meetings and ensure that the to-dos are completed in a timely manner High level of involvement and visibility on strategic projects while working on/assisting with business planning efforts, account reviews, and many more high impact initiatives across the company Organising and coordinating all meetings in accordance with all schedules and timezones Able to interact with staff at all levels, in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, positive, proactive, and efficient Take initiative to add value in areas of the business that you are interested in and passionate about Review and assist with process documenting Review and assist with ensuring SLAs are met both externally and internally Qualifications CII Industry Qualification or Equivalent experience preferred Experience in fast pased Operations 3 - 4 years of experience working in an operations role at a fast-paced tech company Delivering on time-sensitive tasks Experience in using internal tools and streamlining operations processes Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process improvement Ability to execute independently in a changing environment Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change Self starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions Cross-functional teamwork experience Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Benefits Generous health-insurance package with nationwide coverage, vision, & dental 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching Competitive PTO policy – we want our employees fresh, healthy, happy, and energized!
