Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: 1. Progressively responsible duties in the receipt, disbursement, examination, deposit, custody or other processing of cash items. 2. Where duties involve selling alcoholic beverages applicant must meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic beverage at the time of appointment.

3. Skill in providing customer service. 4. Ability to communicate effectively. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Two (2) or more years of work experience in the food and beverage industry taking inventory and ordering. Work experience in tracking stock, rotating items for freshness, and assisting in ordering supplies.

Two (2) or more years of work experience in the food and beverage industry using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, scheduling software, and basic office programs (Microsoft) for tracking records. Have previous work experience in internal cash controls and a working knowledge of Daily Activity Reports (DARs). Applicants who meet the Minimum qualifications, & Highly Preferred Criteria will be referred to management for consideration first.

All others may be referred if management does not make a selection from the Highly Preferred list.
