Operations Analyst (Finance)

📋 Description Own payroll execution across LATAM and US systems, including contractor payments and payroll Manage employee expenses, corporate cards, receipts, approvals, and reimbursements Support the monthly close process down to the journal entries, reconciliations, invoice tracking Maintain accurate, clean, and reconciled financial data Partner with the Head of Finance for budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analyses Identify discrepancies and investigate issues until resolution 🎯 Requirements 3-6 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, or business operations Hands-on experience with payroll, expense management, and monthly financial close Advanced spreadsheet skills SQL and/or BI tools (Metabase, Looker Studio, etc.) Dashboard/report building for leadership High attention to detail 🎁 Benefits 40 hours per week with flexible business hours USD payment 18 days PTO (annual break between Christmas and New Year, local holiday observance) Wellness + Remote Stipend AI Voucher AI training and knowledge-sharing
