About the role Concept Plus is seeking an Operational Medicine Chief Architect (CA) to provide senior technical leadership for the Operational Medicine portfolio at Concept Plus. The CA sets the technical vision and architecture strategy across a portfolio of mission-critical healthcare solutions supporting operational and deployed medical environments. This role provides technical leadership, business development and contract delivery across complex programs supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), Military Health System (MHS), and operational medicine communities.
The Chief Architect ensures portfolio solutions are secure, interoperable, resilient, scalable, and aligned with DoD enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data, cloud, and digital modernization objectives. The CA is the principal technical resource for these areas and represents Concept Plus in executive-level customer meetings related to ongoing contracts, new business prospects, and strategic partners. The CA will work with Business Development personnel and sector leadership to understand customer missions and lead the development of differentiated solutions through white papers, presentations, and proposal responses.
This position requires leading the development of comprehensive solutions ranging from IT application development, enterprise services, O&M modernization, digital transformation, data and AI, and other technical areas across operational medicine and deployed medical environments. The role requires a broad and deep understanding of technology and industry trends and the ability to conceptualize enterprise solutions that differentiate Concept Plus from our competitors and shape the technical direction of the sector.
The ideal candidate is also well versed in Oracle technologies. What you'll do Serve as the senior technical authority for the operational medicine portfolio, defining the technical vision, architecture standards, and solution strategy across the portfolio. Lead the development of innovative, winning solutions in support of major operational medicine and deployed medical environments capture efforts, balancing these solutions against cost, schedule, function, quality, and other business considerations.
