NOTE: This is a part-time (3 days per week) office based role with a 6 months fixed term contract About the position: Netskope is looking for an organized, proactive and highly autonomous Office Operations Coordinator to lead our London office.
This is a varied, office-based role for three days per week where you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations, build strong relationships across the business, and foster a positive, collaborative office culture. We are looking for someone who enjoys variety, exercises sound judgment, and can independently drive projects to completion. As a growing business, you will be expected to identify priorities and step outside of core responsibilities to support the wider team as challenges evolve.
Responsibilities include: Office Operations Serve as the primary point of contact for the London office, managing building relationships and external vendors. Oversee daily operations, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient workspace. Manage visitor access, security protocols, and building pass administration. Maintain office inventory, including supplies, kitchen stock, and courier services. Ensure meeting rooms and communal areas are maintained to high standards.
