Our team in France consists of 45 people and is an integral part of our company’s global presence.
We combine local expertise with our broader company vision. France is the TOP market in EMEA with the highest number of new campaigns launched every month & over 200 existing clients. You Will: Handle daily administrative tasks in the office, such as management of our coworking provider, emails, office organization, support visitors like clients and international teams; Support the Country Manager in daily duties; Generate and run reports using spreadsheets such as office budget; Collect data and utilize various tracking tools; Conduct research and manage special projects as necessary, including health and safety projects, audits; Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees; Arrange business travel, including flights and accommodation; Plan and organise meetings and all-hands; Manage office logistics, including client gift arrangements; Manage employee benefits and coordinate with such providers as Swile, Alan, Kobi, Hello CSE; Organise and manage logistics for internal and external events, scheduling and execution (i.e.: Meet-up, holiday party, team summit, seasonal celebrations); Collect invoices and collaborate with the finance department; Manage documentation workflows using tools such as DocuSign; Collaborate closely with other departments to support operational needs; Cooperate with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers; Desired Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy; Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities; Positive attitude and openness to challenges; Excellent communication skills, customer orientation and problem solving ability; Fluency in English (written and spoken); We Offer : The chance to work in an engaging role in a fast-growth award-winning organisation.
