This allows you to develop your skills across a range of areas, including activities of daily living (ADLs), capacity building, assistive technology (AT), equipment prescription, and home modifications. You’ll have the opportunity to work with clients with diverse needs and develop practical, client-centred skills across different stages of their support journey.

Joining our team remotely in Rockingham, with the ability to work from our Cockburn office, you’ll be supported by an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist, along with an AWESOME Regional Manager and Clinical Lead, giving you access to strong clinical guidance while still enjoying autonomy and flexibility in your role. The position also offers the option to work fully remotely while supporting the local Launceston community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to help grow our presence in Rockingham. You’ll play a key role in developing local services, contributing to team growth, and making a meaningful impact within the community. Day-to-day you will: Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
