Experience in customer service is a plus but not a requirement. About the work hours: 40 hours a week.

Working hours depend on projects. Full-time job. The company works with various projects and your job will be to help corporate customers or individuals when they have questions or need help. This can be done both by phone but also via email and chat, it is therefore important that you are good at problem-solving and asking the right questions to identify the problem and provide the right help.
