Multimedia Technical Manager

About this role

Responsibilities • Create 2D animation and motion graphics for campaigns, social, events, presentations and digital content. • Develop visual storyboards using images, layouts and references , • Turn creative briefs and concepts into animations, including typography, illustrations, UI/product animation and brand assets. • Edit video and combine footage with animation and motion graphics when required. • Use AI tools for visual exploration, storyboarding, image generation and creative development , where appropriate.

• Adapt creative for different formats and platforms while managing multiple projects. Requirements • 4–6 years of professional experience in animation and motion design. • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality animation and motion work . • Advanced After Effects and strong Premiere Pro skills; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator. • Strong understanding of animation, timing, typography, composition and visual storytelling.

• Fluency in English is essential for working with a global team. • Comfortable developing visual concepts and storyboards independently from a brief. • Strong working knowledge of AI-assisted creative workflows and a willingness to experiment with new tools.
