The role: We're looking for a hands-on, technically-minded Multi Site FM Coordinator to support the delivery of facilities and maintenance services across a cluster of Staycity aparthotels in Dublin city centre. This is a practical, on-the-tools role combining direct maintenance work with the day-to-day coordination of contractors and on-site maintenance teams.
You'll help keep our buildings safe, compliant and running smoothly — carrying out hands-on repairs, coordinating planned and reactive works, auditing planned maintenance records, and making sure our CMMS system accurately reflects statutory and non-statutory maintenance activity across every site in the cluster. You'll work closely with hotel General Managers, on-site teams and external contractors, reporting into the Cluster Chief Engineer / Head of Facilities & Maintenance.
