Ready to take the next step in your Revenue Management career? Join Accor's Revenue Management & Business Intelligence team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a key role in maximizing the commercial performance of a portfolio of hotels across Spain. As a Multi-Hotel Revenue Manager , you will be responsible for implementing revenue management strategies, optimizing pricing and inventory, and partnering with hotel teams to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Working closely with Regional Revenue Managers and hotel stakeholders, you'll use data, market insights, and commercial expertise to deliver measurable business results. What will you do? Implement Revenue Management strategies across your assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring alignment with Accor's commercial objectives. Develop tailored pricing and inventory strategies to maximize revenue, profitability, and key performance indicators for each hotel.
Apply Revenue Management best practices and methodologies to identify opportunities and support business decisions. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and market share to identify commercial opportunities. Produce accurate short- and long-term revenue forecasts and recommend actions to optimize performance. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and lead regular business review meetings with hotel teams.
Advise hotels on negotiated pricing, corporate and leisure contracts, group quotations, and distribution strategies according to the agreed service level. Ensure Revenue Management systems and pricing tools are properly maintained, with rates and inventory optimized at least 405 days in advance. Act as the key link between Regional Revenue Managers, hotels, and local stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of commercial strategies.
We're looking for someone who: Holds a university degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Finance, or a related field, or has equivalent professional experience. Brings 2 to 4 years of experience in Revenue Management or a similar commercial role within the hospitality industry. Has a solid understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, distribution, and hotel performance metrics. Enjoys analysing data and translating insights into practical commercial actions.
