About this role

📋 Description Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and Build animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements. Handle standard creative production tasks independently. Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and fellow Motion Designers.

Implement feedback and continuously improve both the quality and the speed of your work. 🎯 Requirements Have more than 1 year of commercial experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio. Are confident working in Adobe After Effects. Understand composition, typography, color, and animation principles. Can work with briefs and references. Are attentive to detail and open to feedback. Feel comfortable in a fast-paced creative production environment.
