Meta Product Experience Specialist
About this role
The Product Experience Specialist supports Meta's experiential initiatives by managing demo environments and event logistics onsite in London. This role blends hands-on execution with structured process management, ensuring seamless delivery of Meta's product experiences across internal and external activations. Working closely with Meta's product and brand teams, you turn technical setup and operational planning into experiences that make product stories tangible for internal and external audiences.
Your Responsibilities Include: Coordinating, setting up and maintaining demo environments for Meta's products, ensuring all hardware and software are functional, updated and aligned with current narratives Planning, coordinating and delivering compelling product demonstrations across internal and external activations Supporting technical setup, troubleshooting and optimization to guarantee best-in-class demo performance Gathering insights from demos and events to inform future improvements and enhance the overall user experience Developing and maintaining streamlined operational workflows, documentation and tracking systems to improve efficiency and consistency Overseeing logistics for activations and events, including materials, setup and on-site support Delivering and supporting training programs for field and demo staff to ensure consistency, technical proficiency and brand alignment Creating easy-to-follow playbooks, guides and briefing materials for new team members and partners You're detail-oriented and people-focused, equally comfortable troubleshooting hardware on-site as briefing a room of stakeholders.
You balance creative problem-solving with operational precision and enjoy turning complex logistics into smooth, reliable execution. Experience & Education 3+ years of experience in operations, event production, staffing and/or demo management Bachelor's degree in Operations, Event Management, Marketing or Business Administration, or equivalent hands-on experience Ability to work on-site a minimum of 4 days per week and travel up to 30% of the time for activations, training and support Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and communication skills Process-driven mindset with attention to detail Experience in event logistics, staffing coordination or demo operations Financial awareness and confidence managing budgets Collaborative, adaptable and people-oriented approach Tech-savvy, familiar with Meta's products or similar ecosystems Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools Level One troubleshooting experience is a plus Experience presenting or demoing products to C-level audiences is a plus You get to shape how Meta's biggest product stories come to life in the room — no two activations look the same, and your work builds the audience's first hands-on impression of the product.
